Plastic Sheet Extrusion Lines
URIDGE designs and builds plastic sheet extrusion lines for single-layer, multi-layer and decorative panel production. Each line is configured around your material — PVC, HDPE, PP, PS, ABS or PCL — and your sheet width, thickness and output requirements. Projects are delivered turnkey, from process design and factory layout through on-site installation and commissioning.
Overview
URIDGE supplies plastic sheet extrusion lines across three production directions: low-temperature medical sheets in PCL, single- and multi-layer sheets in PVC, HDPE, PP, PS and ABS, and rigid PVC decorative panels with in-line film laminating. Lines are engineered to a customer's material, sheet dimensions and output target rather than sold as fixed catalog models. Configuration choices span extruder type, three-roll calender arrangement, winding and cutting, and downstream processing such as punching, laminating or surface treatment.
Our Plastic Sheet Extrusion Solutions

PCL Sheet Extrusion Line for Orthopedic Fixation Products
A low-temperature thermoplastic line for PCL (polycaprolactone) sheets used in orthopedic fixation and radiotherapy positioning. Covers material formulation, extrusion, and downstream punching, laser cutting and surface treatment.
Best for: Medical sheet producers making orthopedic splints, radiotherapy positioning membranes and rehabilitation orthoses.
Materials: PCL (polycaprolactone) — low melting point around 60°C, biodegradable and biocompatible.

Single & Multi-Layer Sheet Extrusion Line – PVC, HDPE, PP, PS, ABS
A general-purpose line for mono-layer and co-extruded multi-layer sheets. Four three-roll calender arrangements and several winding and cutting options allow the line to be matched to the material and product format.
Best for: Producers of industrial, packaging and construction sheets who need flexibility across materials and layer structures.
Materials: Flexible and rigid PVC, HDPE, PP, PS and ABS.

PVC Imitation Marble Sheet Extrusion Line – Rigid PVC Decorative Panels
A specialized line that extrudes a rigid PVC substrate and laminates pre-printed decorative film in-line, producing marble-effect panels without adhesives.
Best for: Manufacturers of decorative interior panels for wall cladding, furniture and countertops.
Materials: Rigid PVC substrate plus printed decorative films in marble, granite and other patterns.

URIDGE sheet extrusion lines process the following thermoplastics, each matched to specific end products:
- Flexible PVC — flooring, tarpaulins, pool liners, medical sheets
- Rigid PVC — construction panels, packaging, signage, decorative wall panels
- HDPE — industrial sheets, packaging, cutting boards, textile bins
- PP — packaging, stationery, automotive interiors
- PS — food packaging, disposable cups, trays
- ABS — automotive parts, appliances, luggage
- PCL (polycaprolactone) — orthopedic fixation splints, radiotherapy positioning membranes, rehabilitation devices
Applications span medical, industrial, construction, decorative and packaging sectors. Material selection and line configuration are confirmed with each customer based on the final product.
How We Configure a Sheet Extrusion Line
Sheet extrusion lines are configured per project, not taken from a fixed catalog. The factors below shape every URIDGE sheet line:
- Material — rigid or flexible PVC, HDPE, PP, PS, ABS or PCL
- Layer structure — single-layer or multi-layer co-extrusion
- Sheet width and thickness — matched to the end product. Delivered projects include 600 mm, 1350 mm and 1600 mm sheet widths, with project-specific thicknesses from 1.6 mm to 6 mm. Final specifications are configured for each application.
- Extruder — single-screw or twin-screw, selected for the material
- Three-roll calender — inclined, horizontal, inclined-horizontal or vertical arrangement
- Winding and cutting — single, dual or multi-station winder, or servo flying shear; for roll-based sheet products this can include a turret winder for film and sheet rolls
- Downstream equipment — punching, laser cutting, in-line laminating or surface treatment
What to tell us when inquiring: your material, target sheet width and thickness, output requirement, single or multi-layer structure, end-product application, any downstream processing needs, and factory layout or available space. This lets URIDGE propose the right configuration rather than a generic model.
