Project Overview

We provided a complete turnkey HDPE sheet production solution for our Turkish customer, located in Adana, Turkey. This production line is specifically designed to manufacture high-quality HDPE sheets with a width of 1600mm and a thickness range of 2mm to 6mm, which are used as the primary material for producing textile bins.

Project Scope of Work

Our involvement went far beyond equipment manufacturing. We provided a comprehensive range of engineering and technical services, including:

Technical Communication and Application Understanding – We conducted in-depth technical discussions with the customer to fully understand their end-product application scenarios, ensuring our design perfectly matched their production needs.

Customized Equipment and Factory Layout Design Guidance – We designed the equipment to meet the customer's specific output requirements and provided professional guidance on factory floor layout to optimize production workflow.

Process Technology Design and Equipment Development – We developed the complete extrusion process technology and manufactured all core equipment to ensure stable operation, consistent sheet quality, and high production efficiency.

R&D and Manufacturing of Recycling Water Treatment Equipment – We designed and built a water treatment system for the recycling of process water, supporting the customer's environmental sustainability goals while reducing operational costs.

Waste Plastic Recycling System – We supplied a waste plastic recycling system that allows the customer to regrind and reuse in-house production scrap, significantly reducing material waste and improving overall cost-efficiency.

Equipment Acceptance, Trial Operation, Packing, and Logistics – We conducted rigorous equipment testing and acceptance, performed trial runs to verify line performance, professionally packed all components, and managed container loading and cargo transportation to Adana, Turkey.

On-Site Installation and Commissioning – We dispatched our experienced engineers to the customer's site in Adana to supervise installation, perform equipment debugging, and ensure the entire line was fully operational before handover.
