Project Overview
We provided a complete turnkey PCL sheet production solution for our customer in Yunnan, China. This production line is specifically designed to manufacture low-temperature PCL sheets with a width of 600mm and a thickness range of 2mm to 6mm. These sheets are primarily used in high-value medical applications, including orthopedic positioning plates (orthoses), radiotherapy body membranes, and other low-temperature thermoplastic medical devices.

R&D and Manufacturing of Recycling Water Treatment Equipment – We designed and built a water treatment system for process water recycling, supporting the customer's environmental compliance and cost-reduction goals.
Waste Plastic Recycling System – We supplied a waste recycling system that allows the customer to reprocess in-house production scrap, significantly reducing material waste and improving overall efficiency.
Equipment Acceptance, Trial Operation, Packing, and Logistics – We conducted thorough equipment testing and acceptance, performed trial runs to verify performance, professionally packed all components, and managed container loading and cargo transportation to Yunnan.
On-Site Installation and Commissioning – We dispatched our experienced engineers to the customer's site in Yunnan to supervise installation, perform equipment debugging, and ensure full operational readiness.
Complete Upstream and Downstream Equipment Supply – Beyond the extrusion line itself, we also provided all auxiliary equipment, including punching machines, surface spraying equipment, raw material recycling equipment, punching equipment, and laser cutting equipment — offering a truly integrated production solution.
