Product Overview

The URIDGE Single Shaft Shredder is designed for size reduction of rigid plastic lumps, plastic pipes, film, woven bags, wood, rubber and bulky waste. The same shredder series is available with side-feed and top-feed configurations to suit different feeding arrangements and project layouts.

A standard hydraulic feeding system pushes material toward the rotor, while a replaceable screen helps control discharge size. The shredder also includes automatic reverse functionality for overload or material-jamming conditions.

Applications

The single shaft shredder is used for size reduction of rigid plastic lumps, plastic pipes, plastic film, woven bags, wood and rubber, as well as general bulky plastic waste, in recycling and material-recovery applications.
