Product Overview

Our compaction pelletizing system is a versatile and efficient solution for converting various plastic waste streams into high-quality recycled pellets. The system is specifically designed to handle light and fluffy materials — such as plastic film, woven bags, and fiber waste — as well as rigid scrap. The integrated compaction chamber ensures forced feeding, preventing bridging and feeding issues commonly associated with these materials.

With multiple pelletizing options — water ring, water strand, and water flush strand — the system offers flexibility to match different material properties and production requirements.

Applicable Materials

Material Description Plastic Film LDPE, HDPE, PP film and agricultural film Rigid Scrap Bottles, pipes, injection-molded parts, crushed rigid plastics Woven Bags PP woven bags, FIBC bulk bags, woven fabric scrap Fiber Waste PET fiber waste, spinning waste, non-woven scrap Other Light Materials Foam, fluff, and other low-bulk-density materials

Pelletizing Options

The system supports three different pelletizing methods:

Method Description Best Suited For Water Ring Pelletizing Molten strands are cut at the die face and immediately quenched in a water ring chamber High-output applications, materials with good melt strength Water Strand Pelletizing Extruded strands are cooled in a water bath and then cut into pellets Materials requiring longer cooling time, sensitive materials Water Flush Strand Pelletizing Strands are guided through a water channel for cooling and then cut Materials that tend to stick, high-temperature applications Key Advantages
