Product Overview

The URIDGE Lifting Mixing and Drying Machine is designed for large-batch mixing, hot-air drying and circulation of thermoplastic raw materials before extrusion or downstream processing. The machine combines 304 stainless-steel material-contact sections, electric heating, hot-air drying and an internal screw lifting system.

During operation, the internal screw continuously lifts and circulates material through the chamber, supporting mixing and drying. After preparation, material can be discharged or supplied directly to an extruder depending on the production layout.

Internal Screw Lifting and Mixing

The internal screw lifts material from the lower part of the vessel and circulates it upward through the chamber. Continuous circulation helps expose more material to the hot-air drying process while also supporting material mixing.

Hot-Air Drying

A blower circulates heated air through the material chamber. Electric heaters provide the required heat, while automatic temperature control maintains the selected operating temperature.

Temperature Control

The drying temperature can be adjusted from ambient temperature up to 120°C according to the plastic material and drying requirement.

304 Stainless-Steel Material Contact

The main material-contact sections are made from 304 stainless steel for practical material handling and cleaning.

Direct Feeding to Extrusion Lines

The prepared material can be discharged for storage or supplied directly to an extruder or downstream processing line when the factory layout requires it, for example pipe, profile, sheet and pelletizing lines.

The two machines serve different material-preparation requirements. The high-speed hot and cold mixing unit focuses on high-speed formulation blending, hot mixing, cooling and PVC dry blend / compound preparation.
