Project Overview

We provided a complete SSP (Solid-State Polycondensation) viscosity increasing system for our customer in New Delhi, India — a facility specializing in producing recycled PET materials for the cosmetic packaging industry. This equipment is specifically engineered to increase the intrinsic viscosity (IV) of recycled PET materials, upgrading them to meet the stringent quality requirements of high-end cosmetic bottle applications.

Equipment Function

SSP technology increases the molecular weight and intrinsic viscosity of PET pellets through a solid-state polycondensation process. The upgraded material achieves:

Project Scope of Work

Our involvement covered the entire project lifecycle, from initial consultation to final delivery:

Process Understanding and Solution Design – We conducted in-depth discussions with the customer to understand their existing production process, raw material characteristics, and specific requirements for cosmetic-grade PET, and designed a complete, customized SSP solution tailored to their needs.

Mechanical Design and Factory Layout Planning – We carried out detailed mechanical design for each component of the system, and designed the equipment layout based on the customer's factory drawings to ensure optimal space utilization, workflow efficiency, and operational safety.

Equipment Manufacturing – We manufactured all production equipment to the highest quality standards, using durable materials and precision engineering to ensure long-term reliability and consistent performance.

Assembly, Testing, and Performance Validation – We assembled and tested the complete system, conducted comprehensive performance tests to verify IV enhancement, throughput, and energy efficiency, and ensured all parameters met or exceeded specifications.

Packing and Container Loading Assistance – We professionally packed all equipment components to prevent damage during transit, and assisted the customer with container loading to maximize space efficiency and ensure safe transportation.

Door-to-Door Freight Service – We arranged and managed the entire logistics process, providing door-to-door freight service from our factory to the customer's facility in New Delhi, India — ensuring timely and hassle-free delivery.

Outcome

The SSP system has been successfully installed and is now operating at the customer's PET recycling plant in New Delhi. By upgrading recycled PET materials to cosmetic-grade quality, the customer has been able to supply premium recycled resins to the cosmetic packaging industry, significantly increasing profit margins while contributing to a more sustainable plastics value chain.
