Project Overview

We provided a turnkey PET bottle-to-bottle recycling solution for our Brazilian customer, located in Salvador, Brazil. The project scope covers the entire recycling process — from raw PET bottle processing to high-quality food-grade recycled pellet production.

Equipment Supplied

PET Whole Bottle Washing and Recycling Line – for effective cleaning, sorting, and decontamination of post-consumer PET bottles.

PET Pelletizing Line – for converting washed PET flakes into high-quality pellets.

SSP (Solid-State Polycondensation) Equipment – for increasing the intrinsic viscosity (IV) of PET pellets to meet food-grade application standards.

On-Site Factory Investigation and Research – We conducted a thorough on-site assessment of the customer's existing facilities to understand their production conditions, space constraints, and operational needs.

Factory Building Design – We designed the factory layout to ensure optimal workflow, equipment placement, and operational efficiency.

Process Technology Design and Equipment Development – We developed the complete process technology and customized the equipment to meet the customer's specific production requirements.

R&D and Manufacturing of Water Treatment Equipment – We designed and manufactured water treatment systems tailored to the customer's local water conditions, ensuring reliable and consistent water quality throughout the production process.

Equipment Acceptance, Trial Operation, and Packing – We carried out full equipment testing and acceptance, conducted trial runs to verify performance, and professionally packed all equipment for shipment.

Container Loading and Cargo Transportation – We managed the entire logistics process, including container loading and international cargo transportation, ensuring safe and timely delivery to Salvador, Brazil.
