The 4D air fiber mattress production line is a complete extrusion and forming system for manufacturing 4D air fiber mattress cores – a breathable bedding material. Using POE, TPEE and other elastomeric materials, the line forms a three-dimensionally entangled, hollow-spiral fiber structure that provides good breathability, resilient support and lasting comfort, offering an alternative to traditional sponge foam in premium, healthcare and hospitality mattresses.

Originally developed in Japan and adopted for demanding bedding applications including Olympic Village sleeping systems, 4D air fiber lets you produce adjustable-firmness mattress cores with continuous airflow and full washability, on a line configured to your material, format and output requirements.
